Since our first experience with Grizzlys we've been back a couple of times to try to get a good picture. We got to close for comfort yesterday. One bear walked out right up the road in front of us, when we were parked, and headed our way! We took some pictures and got out of there. Went the other way and found a turn around. On the way back we saw her eating berries on the hill, which actually is right at the edge of the road. Took a picture or two and she started toward the car so we left pretty fast! We were in the VW with the top down, our hearts were pumping beary fast!!
